Winter Books

I love getting lost in books when the days are a bitter shorter than ideal.  January and February are the perfect times to really delve back into the reading list, and the books that are on your shelves. Just to clue you into my method, I do sort of plan my books out (month by month) at the beginning of the year because I was trying to read more ‘classics,’ also trying to make sure I have a bit more of a variety.  Therefore, you will notice quite the mix, from self-help, to novels, to books that were on you high school reading list, which has proved to keep things super interesting.  I am also not sure when I became this person but I do find myself simultaneously reading multiple books, depending on my mood and if I’m home or commuting.  Here’s some of what I have been reading since the beginning of the year…

TOMORROW, AND TOMORROW AND TOMORROW | Bit of a heart breaker, but captivating nonetheless.

FIRST MAN: THE LIFE OF NEIL A. ARMSTRONG | If you are interested in space travel or Neil Armstrong himself, this book is thoroughly researched and detailed.

MEGHAN: A HOLLYWOOD PRINCESS | I find Meghan fascinating.  I also LOVE her style.  I found this to be a super quick read, while I enjoyed learning a bit about her life!

WORLD TRAVEL: AN IRREVERENT GUIDE | Food and travel, need I say more

THE NEW PARIS | I will consume anything and everything about Paris, but the concept behind the changing parts of Paris is super interesting!

HAPPY PLACE | Emily Henry books always make me happy, they feel comforting, kind of like watching Romantic Comedies that you always go back to.

THE SEVEN HUSBANDS OF EVELYN HUGO | LOVE, read immediately!
