What to Eat and Drink in Morocco
Morocco stands out as a unique destination unlike any I have visited before, truly a marvel. Every aspect here is thrilling, including the seemingly adventurous dishes. While I already had a fondness for Moroccan cuisine from my experiences in cities like London or New York, the food here felt exceptionally fresh and of high quality. It's advisable to explore beyond touristy spots as they may compromise quality. My advice is to stay open-minded!
Here's a quick list of things to explore:
Tagine – all of them
Mint Tea – it is so sweet, and actually so refreshing even on the HOTTEST of days.
Couscous
Khobz- bread that will be paired with many things
Baklava- just all of the pastries in general
Lamb- anyway, tagine etc.
Humus
Fresh salads
Moroccan coffee
Tell me some things I must try next time!
